Methodology

How the Vercite AI Industry Research is built

We run 120 prompts through ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews, once a day for 5 days, and record every brand mentioned and every URL cited in the answers — 3 000 responses per industry.

Visibility score is the summed mention share of a brand across the responses in a slice. Citations count every time a domain is cited in an answer; unique URLs counts the distinct pages behind those citations.
